How do I get started?
Create your account and choose the monthly plan. Payment instructions are provided after sign-up, and our team activates your subscription as soon as your payment is received. From then on you can submit orders from your client portal.
What counts as a task?
Any piece of work a virtual assistant can reasonably do remotely: drafting and formatting documents, building spreadsheets, research, data entry, presentations, invoices, reply templates and similar. Each task is one order in your portal with its own page. For a large task, we'll give you a realistic delivery estimate up front.
Are tasks and revisions really unlimited?
Yes. Your subscription has no task or revision cap. We work through orders in the order they are received, and you can request changes on any delivery until it matches what you asked for. Every version stays on the order page, so nothing gets lost.
How does the money-back guarantee work?
If you're not happy, ask for a refund within 7 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. Just email hello@unloadpal.com or message us from your account.
Who can see my name and details?
The team members who do your work never see your real name, contact details or profile. They only see an automatically generated nickname. Only our account admin sees who you are, for billing and support. Your files are stored on Google Firebase. Read more in our privacy policy.
Can I email my files instead of uploading them?
Of course. Send them to hello@unloadpal.com and mention your order number. The task is still tracked in your portal, and the finished work is delivered to the order page as usual.
Are there tasks you don't accept?
Yes. We don't take on work that goes against Islamic principles or the law in Oman, for example anything involving alcohol, gambling, interest-based (riba) schemes, adult or immoral content, fraud or deception, doing students' assessed work for them, or defamation. Orders like these are declined. See our acceptable use policy.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. You can cancel at any time, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for.
